Aloha, my name is Ginger-nani! I’m six months old, but I’m still petite for my age. I can be shy when I first meet someone new, but after some time to get to know you and play time with me helps, I’ll love you forever. When my mom/dad comes home I’m very loving and I like to be held. I’m not spayed and I don’t have my shots, yet, but I’ve never been outside and I’m very clean.

| His name is Koda (after the movie Brother Bear). His breed is mixed (poi) but looks like a lab. His mother has pitbull and chow and his father is unknown. He is about 2 years old and neutered. |

He is really sweet but has a strong hunting instinct and is not fitting in to our home as he kills our chickens. He barks at strangers but does not attack and has had all his shots.

Her name is Abby. Approx. 8 months old. I was told she is a husky/lab but cannot confirm this.
She is super friendly and wags her whole body and tail. Good around cats and needs lots of praise and attention.
She is untrained and unspayed.

I'm Gypsy, a three-year-old spayed female collie mix, about 30 lb. I don't like to be tied up, but I love to go for walks on a leash. I need a fenced yard to play in, but I am house-trained. I'm very attached to people, and would happiest if I could either be adopted along with Jaymie, or by a family/couple/person who could spend time with me, and have no other dogs (or possible an older dog).

I'm Jaymie, a ten-year-old neutered male ridgeback mix, about 55 lb. I'm generally pretty laid back, and I don't need to be the dominant dog. I'd be happiest with a yard to play in, with or without other dogs, but I'm house-trained.

My name is Surfy (and there's a story behind my name), a spayed female siamese mix. I adopted my family about 11 years ago, but I'm not sure how old I was at that time. I'm in good health, and if I have a lap to curl up on I will purr for hours. I also like a good chat once in awhile. I'm a little nervous about other cats unless I know them well, but if they don't harass me, I'm perfectly content.

Aloha,
I have a 10 year old papillon that needs a good home. Could you please help me in this indeaver. I got this dog (Nikki) at the Hawaii Island Humane Society on March 17, 2008 and she just isn't ajusting very well with the cat (Hobbs) and dog (Hoku) that I already have. I don't want to take her back to the pound because I fear that she will be put down. Nikki's dog license is good through 12/31/09 and she has an AVID Microchip.

Nikki would make someone a very good companion. She likes to be with me at all times. When I got Nikki I was told that she was house broken, but I find that if it is raining she does not want to go outside, therefore she does her job in the entryway of my house. I am in a wheel chair and can not take her out in the yard for her to do her potty time (I only have a sidewalk along the front of my house).
Any help that you can give me in finding Nikki a good home would be appreciated. I can be reached at my e-mail marlois@netscape.com or by phone at 808-968-6397. The best time to reach me by phone would be from 10:00am to 3:00pm. After 3:00 pm I am usually in my bead studio making lampwork glass beads and cannot hear the phone.

| The lighter brown one is named Jimbo Jones, he is about 4 yrs old, mix breed, and about 35 lbs.
he grey/black/tan one is named Seven. He is also 4 yrs old and weighs about 40 lbs.

They are both very sweet yet are great gaurd dogs (fearless and protective). Any and all help you can give is very much appreciated since if I cannot find a home for them, I must take them to the Humane Society. You may refer inquiries to me at 443-7617.
