The Rainbow Friends Animal Sanctuary is a no-kill sanctuary located in Kurtistown near Hilo on the island of Hawai’i.

Rainbow Friends is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that takes in neglected, abandoned and abused animals, primarily dogs and cats, and helps them to heal.

We socialize, provide training, and then find wonderful new homes for as many as possible, with others living their life at the sanctuary.
